Welcome to my Website! If you’re looking for a professional massage therapist, you’ve come to the right place.

I am trained in a variety of modalities and I am vigilant in staying up to date with continuing education.

In 2010 I attended Lexington Healing Arts Academy and received my license in Massage Therapy. I began working full time as a therapist in 2016 and became a teaching assistant at Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2023. In my time as a therapist I have taken many classes and added new tools to my catalog. I have had classes in Lomi Lomi, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, prenatal, cranial sacral, stretching, sports massage, each adding a uniqueness to the bodywork I provide. Many sessions include elements from each modality.
